Embracing an Idea

Embracing an Idea, originally uploaded by Carlo Nicora.

If you have walked in the crowded street of London you have certainly meet them. They can be part of the British Red Cross, the Cancer Research or many other volunteer organizations. They try to do good things, I know, they try to make our world better.
I would love to be able to help them all, but lately they are too many. Staying an hour on the pavements of Oxford Street, walking from Bond Street to Tottenham Court Road you can be stopped up to five times. Everyone of them is volunteering for a noble cause, everyone of them thinks that few pounds a month can improve the life in our planet, but in the end they ae becoming too many.
I am not judging their ideals, the companies really try to make the world a better place and neither I judge the boys and girls who voluntarily work hard every day to support the cause. The fact is that you can be stopped once, twice, three time and so on, and this makes the efforts of these guys wasted, because people stop listening.
