Is it a War, isn’t it?

I really can’t understand, is there anyone who can explain me why a nation that attack another one is not at war?

Yes, I am talking about the world powder magazine: the middle east.

This image clearly states that this is a war. Israel reacted to a terrorist act with a war against Lebanon, guilty of covering the Hezbollah movement. But this war has not been declared, this is one of the most stupid statement I’ve ever heard: the israeli are bombing the capital of another nation, but they are not at war with that nation.

I am not defending Lebanon, simply because I can’t tell that they are, or were, unaware of what had happened. But I cannot, an will not, defend the position of Israel. They are silently declaring war. A war that is not a war. Do you really understand it? I can, of course, because being at war would be harder, would mean being the offender… but the game of politics can accept a silent war, not a clearly stated one.

I know Iraleli secret service, the Mossad, is one of the best in the world, and if Israel attacked Lebanon something wrong there must have been. But since when a suspect is enough to starting a war? Sadly, probably from the start of the time. Of course Israel position is bad: surrounded by unfriendly nations, wih a lot of historic problems, with a Palestinian nation inside the nation… not a good starting point, but in my opinion all of these things does should not grant them the freedom to kill.

I didn’t speak before because I know that this issue is quite difficult to deal with, but i believe that war is not a solution. Not there, not now.
