My iPod Nano is my iPod Nano
This decision will let you open your eyes in astonishment!
After the angriness of the first hours, after the debate on the Apple Support, I finally chose my iPod! The one I received last week is the Fabiana’s Gift, so it is the one I want!
Yes, I will keep the one with the scratches!
Why have I took such a strange decision?
Well, to this question there is more than one answer.
First of all This is the iPod I wanted, and This is the iPod Fabiana gave me. Call me soulful, but it is something special. A new one would have been a copy. Moreover a new Nano would have had the same problems… a switch would have been useless!
It is told that on the Black one the scratches are more visible, but I do not like the white one. (White sheep go in heaven… the black sheep go everywhere…)
I should have chose to buy a new iPod Video 5th Generation, but…
They are build with the same materials and the internet is full of complains against both the Nano and the 5G.
The 5G is really Big! I do not care the video, I like the Nano also for its shape, for its dimensions.
Obvoiusly if the materials are the same… The scratches will be the same!
No, I want this one.
Even when I realized that Apple was going to change mine I was sad. I didn’t realized why…
It was because it was Fabiana’s Gift, and now that I have realized it, my sadness has disappeared.
I don’t care about the scratches, because that little Nano is something more than a simple MP3 player!
Furthermore I have found some particular items that will help me:
- A special cream to temporarily remove the scratches
- A plastic film to cover the Nano (Yes, it is like a condom… Safe Music?)
I wanna try (I have already ordered the items) because my iPod Nano with the engraving “Per Sempre” is the one I want!
Apple support was Good. But I’ve called them refusing the money refound: I already have my perfect Nano!
