Nestoria: finding a house in UK has never been clearer!

In these days I’m looking for our next apartment in London (in May we will have to move) and I found Nestoria, a very interesting web site if you are looking for a house in UK.

Nestoria: an easy way to find a home in UK

Nestoria is not a estate agent, it is a sort of Web 2.0 applied to the estate agents, a search engine that gives you a lot of information about locations, prices, photos etcetera. In a post from Vecosys I’d read that Google was very interested in buying it; the most important fact is not the price offered (1.6 Millions of $), but that Nestoria is only 6 months old.

1.6m $ in 6 months? Well, Good Job!

Anyhow if you will need a location finder for your new home in UK, take a look at Nestoria, it is pretty Good! (and helpful)

Hi Alex,
definitely Nestoria is really good. I’m using it in my “House hunting” through London.
It is Great, also because it gives you great information in a very easy way!

Cheers!

I agree, Nestoria is very useful, especially as it doesn’t seem to be in-league with any of the big estate agents, foxtons ect.

That said London estate agent sites are often out of date. When I was house hunting last month I used Nestoria for research but found I had to put in the footwork to really get the best deal.

London’s property market can be very competitive!
