Old Friends and Old Stories…

Since we came in London it seems that everyone we knew has something to do here…

We have already received two visits from three of our friends. In particular in the last days I’ve met someone who was used to be the “best friend” I’ve ever had in my life, the one I’d have shared almost everything in my life, but something happened and something else broke between us. Old Stories…

I have been with him for the last two days and I understand that, for how long I’ve tried to forgot him, and for how long I have tried to tell me that he wasn’t missing him, he still have a plce in my heart me. I cannot bring rancour for long time, even for those who has bruised my life, and he doesn’t make any difference.

I am have been happy to meet him again, because… “past water doesn’t mill any longer“….

We didn’t speak of the past, that is an Old Story for Old Friends, it was like the past had been closed in a drawer, to share again something, maybe little, maybe just a part of what we would have shared if the past would have gone differently, but it was still something.

I don’t really know what the future will reserve us, but I am willing to risk something again, because the pride never pays enough.

Sometimes Fabiana says I’m like a “bear“, who keeps all the things inside, who doesn’t let the emotions comes out if not with her. Maybe it’s true, maybe I have ever been such and I know that is quite true. I hadn’t told him how much I have appreciated some few days with him, I have done only when he was back again in Italy.

And Now.
