Shout: It’s a Beautiful Life!

Shout: It's a Beautiful Life!

This morning I received a bad news. I had quite a lot of expectations for something I did two weeks ago, but in the end I failed to impress as much as I hoped. In a moment I felt few dreams crumble under my feet.
Don’t worry, it is nothing I will lose my sleep on.
So, after lunch I decided to take my camera, put some heavy music on and I walked out in Oxford Circus to take some shots. For the first minutes I needed to click, but then ,also thanks to my particular spirit, I started to be cheeky, taking photos without asking for permission and without hiding. I wanted real expressions, real people, real reactions.
Do you think I was cheeky? Think again!
When I tool my camera to my eyes to see if something would have been nice in the frame, these two girls stepped in and one of them started shouting, laughing and pushed her arm to the sky.
Am I cheeky? I mean… me?
I knew that the focus was not perfect, I knew it, but I did not care. Back in the office I turned Spotify on and looked for some old songs, full of rhythm… and “It’s a Beautiful Life” came up.
Yes, screw being down and shout: It’s a Beautiful Life!

(because it is)
