After some firefighters came out of the building, one of them start chatting with others that were outside. He did not seem to be preoccupied at all of the smoke coming out from the shaft, probably the fire was already gone at that [...]

When I saw her expression I was puzzled. She had a few words with the Incident Commander and then she headed away from the location. She seemed to have an air of desperation, even though nothing serious happened.
