Talk to strangers: the gap between photography and psychology
Yesterday I stumbled upon a very interesting article on how to approach people to get their portrait. The entire post is about Bryan Peterson, so they talk about one of my favorite photographers.
Check the article, it is an in-depth vision of the difficulties of approaching strangers to take their picture. From this perspective I am still working hard to lower my social barriers that prevent me from being natural when doing such questions.
I have read some of Peterson’s books, and I think they are brilliant! Easy to read and understand. No blog from him though.
