The Lady of the Snow
I have to admit that the session we had two weeks ago with five models was quite a success. It took some efforts to plan everything, but in the end everyone behave almost perfectly. The session taught me a lot, many things about photography, many things about people and reminded me that being organized can make the difference.
Katharina was the second model to arrive at the studio that Sunday. She was there earlier than expected, but this detail gave us the possibility to talk a little bit, to discuss about few of the details, but more importantly this gave her the possibility to meet us and see what we were doing and how. I think Fabiana had a very strong bond with Katharina… in the end was Fabiana to pick her from the list of those who applied to the casting call.
I have to admit that Katharina has been extremely professional. She did not complained once, it took her few minutes to be at ease in front of the cameras, she accepted some “strong/different” photos we decided to let her play. If I had to think how a model should behave, she is that ideal model.
