The Man in the Bar
Something winter took away from me was the joy of carrying my camera around, wherever I go; nevertheless the colors of winter has something magic. Those yellowish lights coming from inside pubs and bars, when the outside shadows are long and ominous, are warm and reassuring. I like watching people putting their scarves on, ready to fight the cold wind outside those shop windows.
With the new camera I am also happier to take photos when the light is really down: the high ISO capability of the Canon 5D Mark II allow me to shoot when outside it is really dark.
