Their Canada Day in London
We often underestimate the power of children.
We (adults) gather all together to lower the barriers we create around us every day. So one day we can simply meet, with some beer in our hands, and we can share something.
Children do it better. They do not need to have a special day to bond, they are natural, without all those sort of boundaries every grown up should respect. They can mingle every time, so when a “Special Day” for the adults came, it is a parade for them.
The Canada Day in London this year saw so many adult faces in a friendly mood, but the children, as always, beat every adult in the square with their spontaneity.
God, sometime I think I will feel a young idealist forever. Mind me, I find it a blessing, not a curse!
