What time is it?

London is a busy city, especially in Oxford Circus. The main difference between the City and the West End is the pace and the clothings of people. In the city businessmen walk as like the time has already run out while in the west end the closing time of shops seems to drive the tempo. Time always drives the tempo in big cities and London is no different.
I like the moment I caught here, something that happens quite often.
