Yes, we were offline!
Sigh, sob, I have to admit… we were offline!
Twenty minutes ago I checked the status of my website and… ARGH!!!!! We were unreachable!
I immediately checked some server configuration and I get the problematic: my ip had been changed and the No-Ip service hadn’t been updated!

The problem had been that I wasn’t able to reach the no-ip site…
I tried to make a ping, to open the site with Internet Explorer and Firefox, but without success.
With an external connection (I was working on a remote server with the help of Remote Desktop) the no-ip site was up’n'running without any problems!
So, I called the 187 (Telecom Italia Call Center). Fortunately I meet mrs. Morena, a very kind operator that helped me, asking me a lot of question to solve my problem. The DNS was a little bit incorrect (The primary was switched to the secondary… but that was something another 187 operator gave me), but it was not that one the problem.
In the end she asked me to reboot my router, and to check again. She told me that there were some mistakes in one of my configuration in their server, and that she fixed for me, and…
HOPLA!
It worked again!
This is the problem of a Dynamic IP insead of a fixed IP when you are running a website, but there are no solution if you are a normal customer…
…SOB…
I hope not to be offline again…
